that’s right. these fun revamped bottles will have you cooing.
oh-and-ah.com have taken cottage industry to a new level–they actually sell out of their home.
they have the aesthetic of many a pratt/FIT/new school design student, but they create almost spontaneously–moving between hipster gold cutout jewelry & inspired recycled–given a medium.
take for instance, this uber [...]

while there is always big, heated discussion on the merits of real vs. fake christmas trees, i say there is little debate about organic vs. pesticide-ridden ones.

sustainable nyc has some new swanky digs. they’ve moved up the block to where alt.cafe used to reside and given the place a much needed cleaning.
this larger new space definitely gives them room to grow & showcase their wonderful eco-friendly products. they’re even working on a DIY crafts area for local eco-artists to [...]
recycled newspaper trees ala martha

martha is getting greener & greener. which is great, because where martha goes–the public follows. it’s sorta like getting on oprah’s book list–it’s gonna blow-up y’all & fierce.
so, when ms. stewart presents crafts that are inclusive (recycled newspapers) vs. exclusive (caviar style high-end materials) it’s worth getting excited about. i really love [...]
recycled catalog garland flowers

don’t have any directions for this one, but it seems fairly easy. check out kawaii crafter’s flickr page–they used old catalogs–which we all somehow have in abundance this time of year, despite opting out via catalog choice–and glue stic.
