lenny williams, owner of garden party LLC, moved to NYC to study acting at the neighborhood playhouse but ended up throwing parties instead. she worked as the art director at hunter pr for 4 years and finally struck out on her own as a consultant 8 years ago.

lenny hails from the great state of Texas, a place with a style all its own—think crocheted beer can hats—and comes from a long line of crafty types-. she learned early on to recycle/reuse. her grandma’s old jelly jars were great for storing buttons, sipping sun tea and harnassing the magic of fireflies on a summer evening. it is this inherited thrifty-ness that inspires garden party.
