i want my MOMA!

valentines-1

MOMA has been on my mind lately.

for one–my dear, sweet friend (and fullbright scholar) dara worked on the bauhaus exhibit,

two–the recent yoga at MOMA. (for those who don’t know, i am big into yoga!)

and now 3.  for valentine’s day.

i had been avoiding this “holiday”.  while not newly single–newly embracing single–i just didn’t have the stomach or heart for it.  but, MOMA has turned it around for me.  they’ve put a nice twist on the generic offerings this day comes with.

check it out.

get in the spirit of Valentine’s Day with MoMA’s romantic Tours for Two! these private group tours occur after the Museum galleries are closed to the public and offer a truly unforgettable experience. highlights of the tour include such beloved masterworks as Henri Matisse’s Dance (I), Claude Monet’s Reflections of Clouds on the Water-Lily Pond, and Vincent van Gogh’s The Starry Night.

$200 per couple ($175 for members). some restrictions apply. call MoMA Group Services at (212) 708-9685 or e-mail groupservices@moma.org for information and reservations.
