this stuff is good.

real good.  you can sip it slowly, and should, to enjoy the amazingly rich, complex flavors as the roll over your tongue.  there’s a sweetness of honey, but not too sweet. and a range of curious layers playing with your tastebuds.

they are having a grand opening house on sunday.  you can help harvest the rye, enjoy a nice lunch and of course partake of the best whiskey–truly–i’ve ever tasted.  i cannot wait to set-up a whiskey bar for the right event.
