ahhh spring.

it’s just around the corner it would seem. and with it comes baby chicks & bunnies, peeps and fresh, new sprouts poking up thru the earth.

the eternal symbol of life–the egg–has also gotten in the mix and hens will be laying overtime to provide enough raw materials for the countless (sigh) egg rolls & tosses that will happen easter morn. how did this ever come to be? it’s not our love of deviled eggs.

this year save some chickens the burden of busting out a dozen, only to end up hardboiled & covered in pastel. look to a ceramic variety from paloma’s nest these sweet cuties will last the seasons unlike real eggs that end up in your belly–or worse the trash.

best of all, they are customized to your sentiments. confess your love, inspire with words, speak noble truths–whatever you want–even crack a joke, should you like. each egg will arrive in its own “nest,” lovingly tucked inside a gift box ready to give to a dear friend or hostess, or as party favors to your own guests.

for those of you who are the crafty types, try making them yourselves using ceramic eggs from here. then stamp them yourself or try decoupage!
