i know, for vegetarians reading this, a “meat product glossary” conjures up the most wicked of imagery. but i commend sustainable table for putting out such a handy little gem. it will end forever your confusion over non-confined vs. free roaming.

if you happen to be in sundance this week, make sure you check out my dear friend justin schein’s documentary about no impact man–colin beavan. i haven’t seen it yet, but justin (who has been compared to errol morris) always brings a thoughtful lens to the film. that, and his particularly sly sense [...]

obama has selected tom vilsack as his secretary of agricultural. hmmm….did obama even read the infamous 10 page michael pollan document? sadly, it seems he did not.
sign this petition if you care about food safety–and tell the new administration to live up to it’s campaign promise of CHANGE.
vilsack is a sad choice for america [...]

the posters are everywhere.
now you can put it on your lips.
etsy seller, least likely 2 breed, makes these fun tubes that will get your guests ready for some serious liplock.  not veg friendly (lanolin) so buyer beware.
