ok. so you couldn’t help yourself.

this is your fantasy wedding, so you bought some things (instead of renting) you have absolutely no use for now. the honeymoon’s over & some serious green guilt is weighing you down.

get over your buyer’s remorse & hop on over to recycle your wedding. you thought ebay was tough? watch out for cut throat brides chomping at the bit to get cheap, cheap, cheap “neccessities” for their big day. they have many categories to choose from–seriously–i mean even a recycled wedding gift section. wow! now that’s bold.

you can also check out your local craigslist or donate things to a local school or theater company that can use stuff for productions or events.

here in NYC, we are lucky to have a fabulous organization called materials for the arts. created to help supply community arts & public school programs by gathering materials from companies and individuals. the result is the redistribution of tons, literally, of supplies to artists, NPOs & educators to help supplement their programs and keep stuff out of our landfills.

party on!
